Danny was formerly co-CEO of Bright Employment which provided pre-employment training programs and work placement to an array of communities throughout Sydney and surrounding regions.

 Prior to this, Danny assisted struggling members of the community to find employment during his leadership roles within PCYC Bankstown and Australian National Sports Club.
